Congratulations to CRC’s Volunteer of the Month, Kaitlyn Ramirez!
From nominating staff supervisor Mary Cunningham —”Kaitlyn is a dedicated volunteer from the Special Education/Workability Program in San Marcos, known for her strong work ethic and positive attitude.
From her very first interview, Kaitlyn stood out as enthusiastic and eager to contribute. She even volunteered during her spring break to help with our store remodeling project—rearranging furniture, organizing racks, and restocking shelves with energy and responsibility. Her go-to phrase, “You can count on me,” reflects her dependable nature.
At our Grand Reopening on April 25 and 26, Kaitlyn helped customers, managed the dressing room, restocked merchandise, and bagged purchases. She also participated in the CRC Tea event, sharing her experience through photos.
Kaitlyn volunteers every Friday through her school program and also on her own every Saturday. Her consistent presence, enthusiasm, and initiative make her a valued member of our team.
As she once said, “Miss Mary, I love volunteering here. I wish I could work for CRC.” Her passion, reliability, and joyful spirit truly shine—an inspiring example of the impact volunteers can have.”
