Copy of written lease with all adult household members
Proof of ID for all household members
Proof of income for all adult household members (paycheck stubs, benefit letters, unemployment (EDD) statement etc.)
Proof of emergency related to COVID19 (lay-off notice, medical documentation, documentation of school/work closure etc.) where applicable
2 months of rents receipts or verification of paid rent
Proof of rental delinquency
