Join us for our FREE Valentine’s Day event!

Receive free Blood Pressure Screening, vaccinations and more from County of San Diego Public Health Nurses and Love Your Heart SD.
Learn about resources and services for seniors, provided by the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Learn more about CRC’s programs and services.
Individuals and families experiencing homelessness will have the opportunity to receive blankets, backpacks and treats, kindly donated by community residents.
