Celebrating the women of CRC

A message from John Van Cleef

As we celebrate Women’s History Month, I want to take a moment to recognize and acknowledge the countless influential women who have made, and do make a positive impact at CRC.

Since CRC’s inception, women have played a vital role in building and sustaining a community expression of compassion that helps our neighbors create paths to healthy food, stable homes and safe relationships.

The list of CRC’s influential women includes but is not limited to:  Executive Directors and Managers, Board Chairwomen, donors and community activists. CRC’s domestic violence shelter, Carol’s House, bears the name of the woman whose drive and inspiration made it happen.

CRC is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our operations. We believe that everyone, regardless of gender or background, should have equal opportunities to succeed and thrive.

So this month, let us continue celebrating the achievements of women and pledge our continued every month support and empowerment of women.

Thank you to all the influential women who have made, and continue making a difference at CRC. You are an example of women making a difference in our world.

Warmly,

John Van Cleef

P.S. – This blog post made possible by a most extraordinary woman. Thank you, Mom.
