Thank you for being a Summer Superhero! Your help will provide nutritious food to hungry children this summer!
Below you will find instructions and materials you can use to promote your fundraiser.
Start your own fundraiser:
- Visit our Fundraising Page or text “SUPERHERO” to 717-77
- Click on “Become a Fundraiser” and enter your information and submit.
- Customize your fundraiser
- If you’d like to join a team, select this option first.
- Customize your fundraiser page by adding your own profile image and message.
- Share your fundraiser
- Share on social media or e-mail: Share your fundraiser using the links at the top of the page (desktop) or bottom of the page (mobile).
- Text friends: You will see your custom text code at the top of your page (i.e. “Text SUPERHERO12 to 71777). Use the sample fundraising language below to text friends to donate to your campaign!
- Copy your fundraiser link and send it out (It will look like: https://app.mobilecause.com/vf/SUPERHERO/YourName)
Host a Food Drive:
You can also participate by hosting a food drive!

I’m raising funds to help Community Resource Center provide nutritious food to children this summer! CRC is a local nonprofit that directly supports those in need in our community through food and nutrition services, a domestic violence shelter and prevention programs, case management, housing assistance, counseling and more.
1 in 6 kids in San Diego struggles with hunger. When school closes, these children lose access to breakfast and lunch programs that provide vital nutrition. Can you help Community Resource Center provide nutritious food to children and families in our community this summer?
