Our August Volunteers of the Month are Amie Defrain and her son, Cole Hanna!
Amie Defrain has volunteered over 130 hours in the Development department, sharing her skills in graphic design and marketing to make a difference. During one project, Amie designed new signage for the CRC Resale Stores (pictured with one of her signs above).
Amie says, “I enjoy giving back to the community and love graphic design … what better way to make a difference than to do both?”
Cole Hanna has also volunteered over 130 hours! He volunteers at our San Marcos Resale Store. His supervisor, Mary, says:
“Cole is always willing to go to the extra mile. He is a very trustworthy, a great organizer and always completes his tasks every day that he volunteers. If I had to hire a young volunteer for the summer, Cole would be the right person for the job!”
