Lea Williams joined Community Resource Center in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant after serving for several months as a volunteer. She has spent some time in various roles in Social Services, Development and Administration, gradually moving into a data-oriented position and then managerial role. During her time at CRC, Lea also earned her Master’s in International Management. Lea prides herself in serving as the bridge between the organization’s various departments in order to provide the best, comprehensive numbers for grant applications and for the purpose of securing future funding and telling CRC’s story.
Lea holds a Bachelors of Arts in Asian Studies with Minors in Political Science and Japanese from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Master’s of Pacific and International Affairs with a focus in International Management from UCSD.
