Learn from experts presenting the most current information on the danger and effects of violence in our society and how to effectively assist, empower and guide victims to safety. This training provides the most cutting edge information on domestic violence as presented by experts in the field. Topics include crisis intervention techniques, criminal justice responses to DV, cultural competency & diversity, trauma informed care, and professional boundaries in advocacy relationships.

Cost: $110 per person or $75 per person for groups of 3 or more from the same agency, payable by check at the first session. All participant s must be 18 years of age or older and must attend all sessions to have the training certified.
This training meets the State of California Domestic Violence Counselors 40-hour Training Curriculum pursuant to California Evidence Code 1037.1.
